Unruly Hawkers with under-developed wings. Though it can't fly and its walking speed is low, its tough plastron allows it to slide on ice at high speeds, creating ramps with its icy breath to escape predators and ram into enemies. Its troublesome temperament and stubborn personality makes it particularly hard to bond with.
